OUR STORY
Appreciation and sheer passion for food brought Nick to where he is today.
In 2003, Nick moved from New York to Louisiana decided to open a restaurant
that served the highest quality of Chinese food to its patrons. The decision
led to opening of “Hot Wok”, the first of his many restaurants. Before he knew
it, people were driving from miles around to enjoy the best buffet in Baton Rouge.

PHILOSOPHY
Our philosophy is simple: to provide great Hibachi Grill, Sushi, Seafood,
Chinese Dim Sum, Chinese food and American food at one price to each
and every customer.
